GYS TITANIUM 321 AC/DC – High-Performance TIG AC/DC Welding Power Source
The GYS TITANIUM 321 AC/DC (Ref. 069879) is a high-performance three-phase TIG AC/DC welding power source designed for demanding professional and industrial applications. Offering a wide range of welding processes including TIG AC, TIG DC and MMA, it is suitable for welding materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and titanium. Its Pulse functions provide improved heat control, reduced deformation and greater arc stability, making the machine particularly suitable for both precision welding and thin-material applications.
With a welding current range of up to 320 A, the TITANIUM 321 AC/DC combines advanced TIG process control with an intuitive 7-inch XXL colour interface. Three user-interface levels — Easy, Expert and Advanced — allow the machine to suit both straightforward daily welding and highly customized specialist applications.
The machine provides six TIG welding modes covering both DC and AC applications. DC Standard offers smooth-current welding for most ferrous materials, while DC Pulse and FastPulse provide high-frequency pulsing up to 20 kHz for improved heat management and specialist steels. For aluminium alloys, AC Standard, AC Pulse and AC Mix provide enhanced arc control, adjustable penetration and improved welding productivity.
The TITANIUM 321 AC/DC also incorporates GYS's TIG Wizard Solution, a patented synergic welding mode designed to improve productivity when tacking and welding aluminium, steel, stainless steel and copper, with or without filler metal. Five joint configurations are supported, while Wizard Lab allows sophisticated welding cycles to be created for more advanced applications.
For advanced process control, the machine includes four tacking modes, three ignition methods, three trigger-management modes and adjustable AC waveform settings. Its E-TIG mode controls welding energy to help maintain the correct welding power even when torch position relative to the workpiece changes.
