Ampweld has been developing and manufacturing high quality ovens for welding electrode and flux drying applications since 2008. With 36,000sq/ft manufacturing facility, we are fully equipped in the manufacturing all our ovens in-house including fabrication, assembly and testing.

- Bench Type Electrode Oven designed for Re-Baking, Re-Conditioning and Holding of welding electrode for high quality weld with build in temperature gauge & adjustable thermostat control.
- Removable shelves for the drying of wire coil & pre-heat / post-heat of welded parts.

Portable Type Electrode Oven
- Portable Type Electrode Oven designed for Re-Baking, Re-Conditioning and Holding of welding electrode for high quality weld with build in temperature gauge & adjustable thermostat controller.
- Portable Type Electrode Oven designed for Holding of welding electrode to keep it constantly warm.
- The unit uses Tubular Heating Element for greater heating efficiency and reliability.
- Provide constant heating temperature.
Floor Type Electrode Oven
- Floor Type Electrode Oven designed for Re-Baking, Re-Conditioning and Holding of welding electrode for high quality weld with build in adjustable thermostat controlled with digital temperature display.
- PID MICRO-PROCESSOR POWER CONTROLLER.
- All ovens are fitted with high temperature door gasket to prevent heat loss.
Vertical Type Flux Oven
- Vertical Type Flux Oven designed for Re-Baking, Aging and Moisture Free of Submerged Arc Welding Flux.

Floor Type Wire Oven
